Interview with Diego Redolfi

A partire da Gennaio saranno presentati su Binomania alcune recensioni riguardanti i binocoli Delta Optical, distribuiti dalla nota armeria Redolfi di Manerbio, Brescia. Per questo motivo, ho deciso di intervistare Diego Redolfi, per iniziare a conoscere meglio la loro attività.

 

Buon giorno Diego e benvenuto su Binomania.it. Può raccontare ai lettori quando è iniziata la vostra attività?

La fabbrica d’armi Redolfi nasce negli anni ’50 grazie ad Arturo Redolfi. Inizialmente furono prodotti sovrapposti e doppiette da caccia ad anima liscia, sia di tipo Anson & Deeley, sia di tipo Holland & Holland. Col passare degli anni l’azienda si specializza anche nella produzione di carabine express in vari calibri ed è proprio questo tipo di arma che riscontrerà più successo. 
Negli anni 70, al reparto produttivo, si aggiungerà la vendita al dettaglio di vari prodotti accessori e munizioni. E’ nel 2001 che nasce la Redolfi F.lli – Ra Sport grazie alla distribuzione sul territorio italiano (e non solo) di articoli per la caccia e il tiro come armi, ottiche, munizioni, fondine, accessori per la cinofilia, abbigliamento, e molto altro.

Che ruolo occupa in azienda?

Mi occupo di vendite e spedizioni di tutto quello che riguarda accessori, ottiche, buffetteria, abbigliamento, (tutto quello che non riguarda armi e munizioni).

Vi siete occupati sin dall’inizio di binocoli?

Dal 2001, da quando ci occupiamo della distribuzione di articoli per caccia e tiro, abbiamo all’interno del nostro catalogo marchi di ottiche (ottiche da puntamento, binocoli, punti rossi, telemetri).

Quali  marchi trattate attualmente?

Attualmente siamo distributori esclusivi per il territorio italiano del marchio Delta Optical.

Se dovesse consigliare due prodotti, uno di alta gamma e uno economico , quali sceglierebbe?

Per quanto riguarda i binocoli consiglierei un FORREST II 8,5×50 (o 8×42) come prodotto entry level, mentre come prodotto di fascia alta consiglierei sicuramente il TITANIUM HD 8×42.

Cosa ne pensa della tecnica del digiscoping? E ‘ possibile collegare uno smartphone sui vostri prodotti?

Non sono un osservatore, quindi non l’ho mai praticato. È possibile comunque applicare una fotocamera al nostro spotting scope Delta.

E ora una domanda personale: Lei utilizza il binocolo durante il suo tempo libero?

Purtroppo sono un cacciatore “da penna”, come si suol dire, quindi non lo utilizzo, al contrario di chi pratica altri tipi di caccia che ne prevedono un più largo utilizzo.

Termino questa intervista con la domanda di rito: può dirci se ci saranno delle novità nel 2020?

Nel 2020, tra le novità riguardanti le ottiche da puntamento, verrà presentato il nuovo binocolo-telemetro.
