Vixen has recently presented a brand new stabilized binocular, the Atera H 12×30.
It has 30mm diameter objectives, provides twelve magnifications and is optimized with a stabilization system capable of compensating – on all axes – well + – 3°
The declared field of view is unfortunately not very wide, only 4.2°, while it is quite light, around 420 g, which are distributed over 14.9 x 10.8 x 6.2 cm.
These binoculars are not waterproof, they operate using two simple 1.5 V batteries.
It should be equipped with the same stabilization system present on the small "monocular"“ Vixen Atera H6 12×25 which was tested on Binomania, months ago.
We still don't know the price for Italy and if SkyPoint, il distributore ufficiale dei prodotti Vixen per l’italia, deciderà di importarlo.
Rimaniamo in attesa di ulteriori sviluppi.
