These are actually rebranded Kunming binoculars, and as far as I know, the ED element is FK61 instead of FCD1.
Old apperances, this time with ED glass.
And I don't get the Sakura coating thing, this is just one of the factory's FMC coating schemes.
However they are decent bins to use.

As far as I know, these binoculars are produced in China in the optical district located in the Yunnan region. There are many optical factories there, and it is possible that these bins are made by Kunming Optics.

The chassis of these bins is the same used in Vixen Foresta CF 7x50, but for the internal optical scheme I think it could be different.
Are they the same binoculars? I don't know, they should be compared side by side.
The other data relating to the Sakura coating and the ED Hoya FCD1 lenses I have taken from the blog of Mr. Mochizuki.
However I also think they are good bins.

Some other similar models sold in China, with other rebranders, different specifications, but some series.
